I've had this song stuck in my head for weeks but can't remember what it's calle!

I've had this song stuck in my head for weeks but can't remember what it's called.?

The song was from the 90s from what I remember. The music video was of a man walking on a beach and singing (I think). The screen was split in two, one half was red and the other, blue. I don't remember there being many words to the song but he has a deep voice and every now and again he says "Yeah" =S Any ideas?

Hmmm... deep voice, said yeah alot... that sounds like EVERY sound I heard in the 90s. hahaha :) Wish I could help.
