ok i know there is a lot of question for the whammy bar but i have a guitar dont know what kind i juts ogt it and i just srewed it in because i see it on other guitarswhat does it do i read other questions but it didnt tell me and how to use it
Answers:
The tremolo bar raises and lowers the pitch of all strings.Thats it!! Pull the bar up and the pitch raises...dump the bar down and the pitch drops... basically raises tension on string/or lowers it.Tremolo's differ from "string benders" as tremolos effect all strings(mute the strings you don't want )and string benders effect only the strings they are attached to....experiment with it...good luck and have fun!!
Full Floater=bar that can pull up AND push down due to its "floating" bridge
some only allow you to pull up...thats only 50% of the fun!

P.S. Does it have the "locking nut" nut on headstock with screws that lock it in tune? Prof Anger has great point ,and is 100% correct...yes to the locking nut? RIP IT UP!!
