Its new music for me?

ever since i was little ive been raised with alot of jazz and classical influences..but lately ive been listening to rock..specifically metal and hardcore.i dont know where to start lol this is new territory but i do know that i really like the bands bring me the horizion and through the eyes of the dead..where do i go from here?

You listened to a lot of classical and jazz, but your now getting into hardcore and metal? try listening to Between the Buried and Me. go to their purevolume page and listen to their song "Selkies:The Endless Obsession" other good metal/hardcore bands would be The Black Dahlia Murder, All That Remains, August Burns Red, As I Lay Dying, Darkest Hour, Every Time I Die, The Fall of Troy, Haste the Day, HORSE the Band, Maylene & the Sons of Disaster, Norma Jean, Unearth,Fear Before the March of Flames, The Number Twelve Looks Like You,Underoath,SkyCameFalling, Pantera, It Dies Today, Killswitch Engage, Inhale/Exhale, Bury Your Dead, The Bled, A Life Once Lost, and Zao. theres a lot more than that but these bands are good to start with(or at least checkout later on). when i first started getting into this kind of music, Darkest Hour, BTBAM and AILD were the bands that i started with.
