I have braces. I am really shy about them. I can't sing that song very well because I was singing it for my father that resently pasted away.

I have taught voice to people your age since 1971. You can improve GREATLY if take Voice class or lessons. You need to use better breathing and projection. You do not open you mouth - do you have braces or something else going on? You keep licking you lips, or rolling in between phrases. Although can follow the general melodic contour of the lines, you are not using good pitch. I think you can HEAR it - you are just not using good vocal technique to produce it. Are you in Chorus in school? Does you teacher work with vocal production, or just teach you the music? Can you take a voice class or lessons? You clearly WANT to do this - and with teaching, you can!
