They are an underground rap duo, made up of identical twin sisters.
Answers:
Ghetto Twiinz is a female rap duo from New Orleans. I think they started releasing albums in the mid-90's. They have 4 albums I believe. I haven't heard anything from them in years though. They are very raw but never got much attention outside the South. If I remember correctly they were signed to Rap-a-Lot Records.
