Why in this Godforsaken world are the Beatles not on iTunes?
Answers:
The Beatles had a business (record label) called "Apple" so they wouldn't allow their songs to be put on Apple's iTunes until they worked out the legal issues. Basically, The Beatles management was upset when Apple went into music with iTunes, etc because The Beatles thought they owned the rights to the name Apple. They were fine with them just making computers and stuff, but when they stepped into music they weren't fine with it anymore. I believe it's all worked out now, though. Look for them to come on iTunes soon. :)
