Hahaha. That's pretty funny. Electric guitars are expensive to make, and therefore are expensive to buy. AND you want an amp. I think you need to do some research. Try closer to a few hundred dollars. You can buy a crap guitar and a 10-watt ampr for about $250. So unless you have someone willing to GIVE you a guitar and amp, you'll need to save a bit more.
