Would you prefer dan bejar in the new pornographers or not?
im listening to their new stuff off of the challengers album. im just not convinced that dan can sing. i mean i dont mind him that much because he wasnt in that many songs.. but i think carl newman ..the main singer is 10x more talented. i gave 'destroyer' a try even.. dan's other band... i dont know how their last album did so well among critics. am i missing something?
nevertheless... new pornographers rule.. and they'll always be one of my top favorites of all time.

I Agree That Vocally Newman Is Far More Talented Than Bejar. Then Again I'm Not A Big Fan Of Destroyer. I Wasn't Surprised Their Most Recent Album Was Well Recieved By Critics Because I Think What They Lack In VocalsThey Make Up For Instrumentally. I Do Like His Work With The New Pornographers Though, Makes Their Sound A Little More Diverse I Suppose. Bejar Is Also Working With A New Indie "Supergroup" Called Swan Lake, I Was Pretty Impressed By Some Of Their Stuff And It Made Me Think More Highly Of Bejar. I'd Recommend It To You. Anyways As Far As "Challengers" Is Concerned, You Said It : New Pornogrpahers Rule!
