Song played in the background of the old american chopper commercials? (It's NOT!

Question:

Song played in the background of the old american chopper commercials? (It's NOT Bad Reputation by Joan Jett)

It's not "Bad Reputation" by Joan Jett. It's another kinda punk sounding one that they also play on one of the more recent car commercials (I forgot which brand). This was before American Chopper moved to TLC, and the song played in the background of the Discovery Channel tv spots whenever they would give a short preview of the next episode. It starts out with a guitar riff, and then when they show the American Chopper title, it goes into the chorus, which goes something like: "I'm blammin," which echoes twice after the first saying of it, and then the band sings, "Whoa-oaaah-oah." So it goes: "I'M blammin, I'M blammin, I'M blammin, whoa-oaaah-oah," and then repeats itself. These are guys singing, NOT Joan Jett. Does anyone know the name of this song?

It's not Bad Betty. It is a song from recent times. It's not old sounding, and it sounds like it has been produced in this decade. In fact, i'm pretty much 100% positive it was made in the last few years. It is definitely some sort of pop/rock combo, but it is NOT, i repeat, NOT "BLACK BETTY"!!! OR "BAD REPUTATION"!!!!!

Answers:

It sounds like you're describing "Black Betty" by Ram Jam, but it's nowhere near a punk song; more like '70's rock.
