For a similar price, you could try www.cd-wow.com - they have a place to download there.
Or, far cheaper and totally reliable, is the controversial www.allofmp3.com - controversial because it's a Russian site and UK authorities have tried to shut it down. With difficulty as it's legit.
Otherwise, for a free, less legit approach, try torrents (do a wiki search for details).
