If I had an rap/artist how do I go about booking shows for him/her?
How do I find places with open mic....I'm new to my city I don't really know were everything is at.
And how would I go about getting the music air play?

umm i dont know much about this..well lets just say i dont know anything about this, but if i was you i guess i would try to find nigh clubs and stuff like that and contact the manager and see if they would allow your client to play there for a night. that could be good publicity for your artist.
i know this wont help greatly, but i hope it gives you ideas
