Looking for korean song from 1990, I might have the singer's name mangled?
The artist's name was something like "In Sung Chul" and the song had a lyric "annyong il lago mal hajima". I remember the song from around the 1990-1991 time-frame and the artist was quite popular then - at least among my Korean friends.
Ideally I'd like to at least find a sample to review to compare to my memory.

The singer's name is Lee Seungcheol, once a leading vocal of BUHWAL. He is still popular in korea.
'Annyong irago mal hajima'(don't say good-bye) was a big hit and is still popular too.
