How do you build a pipe organ?

I want to build a pipe organ but have no clue where to start. Has someone out there already built one and have instructions or something?

I worked for the famed M.P.Moeller organ company. Depending Upon how much space that you have, and the style of organ that you want(theater,pneumatic action,tracker action,ect) you might also go through the Historical Organ Society. To build your own you will have to go through supply houses to get each rank of pipes,wind chests,console and all the rest of the organ components. Ranks of pipes are very expensive as there is still only one way to make them, by hand. There are ways to get and install ones own home organ, just have to be diligent and patient. If it's new that you are after try APOBA-the American Pipe Organ Builders Association.
