Beginning guitar?
well i got my first guitar today and started playing a couple of chords and i have a couple of questions. First, how the hell are you supposed to remember the finger placement of all the chords. second, how are you supposed to move your hands quick enough to play chords consecutively. Also is there any note thats not a chord. Finally, why does my left hand slant when playing it makes it harder for correct finger placement.

-Finger placement of all the cords - Sorry to have to tell you this, but Practice, Practice, Practice.
-Quick hand movement - Sorry again, Practice, Practice, Practice.
-True chords have more than one note. Playing an open string is a note. So, one finger position and one open string is a chord.
-Left hand slant - I am guessing that this means you are right handed? If so, rule #1 for any beginner is to keep the left thumb positioned straight up and down so that the hand does not slant. Again, Practice, Practice, Practice. Someday you will thank me for saying that!
