I'm feeling a pain in my back throat!!!?

I can feel it especially when I try to swallow my saliva. What could be the reason? Now I have hard time to reach high note as I could feel the pain. What should I do?

Sounds like you strained your vocal chords...don't talk at all. Also, gargle with a mixture of warm water and salt, drink hot tea with honey and lemon, and if you don't feel better soon, go to the doctor, you could have strep throat which would require medication.
