Up to the task? Music recomendations?

Ok heres the task..

I have demonstration coming up, part of the demo I have to do a thing called 'Garocha' with my little Spanish horse.

I need music for it but Im a bit stuck for insperation, this is what it needs to fit...

*Around 3/4 minutes long
*Romantic (ish) could do with a bit of a tear jurker, in a happy sence, nothing depressing.
*go up and down in levels of speed so maybe start slow then move on to a faster beat and back again etc.

Now for the bonus point.. If any one can find something Spanish with ahint of english or vice versa that would be amazing!!
