You try to give away a keeper, or keep me 'cuz you know you're just so scared to lose.

Well I think she breaks up with her bf, and while they have that time appart; she misses him and remembers the reasons he told her for the breakup, and she thought she would be strong enough to keep up the fight for not seeing him again, cause she maybe thought she wouldn´t miss him at all, but she did, so she looks for him. And he asks her to return, (that I understood) ;D
