Why can't I download songs from itunes to my new Zen Stone?!

Why can't I download songs from itunes to my new Zen Stone?
I bought a Zen Stone yesterday and last night when I tried to drag and drop songs from itunes to the Zen it won't work. It acts like the songs are on the Zen but they don't play? Help! I bought the Zen because it was a good price and I thought I was going to be able to use the hundreds of songs I have on itunes.

I have a Zen VPlus and I had the same problem. It seems that itunes only works with ipods. (or at least doesn't work with creative labs products). I also have Rhapsody (similar to itunes), so I transferred all of my music from itunes to Rhapsody and then put it on my Zen. You could do the same thing w/ Windows Media Player, or the programs that come with your Zen Stone.
