What is the name of Crowded House / Neil Finn's management group?

Bonus if you have an address, too. I (along with a handful of other extremely disappointed mega-fans) was not permitted to pick up my ticket at will-call at the club show the band played in LA last night. Supposedly, it was "the band's" decision to exclude anyone whose ticket was bought with a credit card other than their own. That left me and other fans whose spouses bought us tickets for this once-in-a-lifetime 300-person show as gifts out the ticket price AND barred from entry. This was supposed to be an anti-scalping measure, but I personally saw 6 people buy scalped tickets within 10 feet of the doorman. It totally sucked. I've been a CH fan for 20 years and have never missed a tour of theirs or Neil Finn. I just want to let the band know that a bunch of their serious, longtime fans got left out in the cold. (Not that I expect any response - but it will make me feel better.)
