Why do they even play SeanKingston's "beautiful girls" on MTV?!

Question:

Why do they even play SeanKingston's "beautiful girls" on MTV?

They have to replace the word "suicidal" from the song when they air the video, they dont even replace it with the radio version using "in denial". So a big chunk of the song is blank and (all that I can remember) is him saying "beautiful girls". Why does MTV even continue playing the song (it has no substance, its a blank)?
Why didnt he just release a more radio and TV friendly song to use as a single and get him name out there? You cant tell me that that was his best and more receptive song when the kids that get their music from MTv cant actually listen to the song.

Answers:

That's actually a good question and you're right he could've made that song more tv friendly I think it gets played on the radio fairly enough so thiers not a major issue thier. But as far as putting out another track to get him out there he may have gave that track to the streets, clubs and steip clubs and they liked that song more than anyothers so he had to run with that, ya dig?
