Should I stop singing?

Right now Im only 13, and I used to be a Soprano (Female Voice) in the beginnig of 7th grade but my voice started to crack and by the end of the year I was a Baritone (Male Voice).
Now I can't sing the way I used to, And I can't sing a lot of the songs I used to (Songs by Panic! At The Disco, Fall Out Boy, Nickleback, Rob Thomas, ect.) Should I stop singing?

I teach MS vocal music, for 35 years. KEEP SINGING!! You have all that knowledge and experience - and right now, a few spare hormones that are making your voice ( and other body parts . . ) do odd things. Do not focus on what you CAN"T do - think about what you CAN do soon. Yes, there will be a bumpy ride for a while - but you will survive smarter, stronger, and a whole lot of other things.

This year, boy named Josh *moved up* to the HS form 8th grade. Taught him in 6th - whiny weasel, wanted him dead, has his Dad on *autodial*, I called home so often! 7th grade - made sure he got another music teacher - we still essentially hated each other. Eighth grade - I get him in TWO music classes - Voice and Chorus. He has matured emotionally and vocally - ends up making All-County, major leader ( and occasional party animal . . ) in the baritone section, and major leader of a killer acappella group in our school. This story can be replicated hundreds of times in my career - and then there there are the kids who quit. Gone. Waste of all that work. A real shame.

I actually have a specialty license on my car that tells everybody of my commitment to MS and HS vocal music. I am not going to reveal it on a public website, but betcha your teacher can help you find the word in a music dictionary. YOU ARE THAT GUY in my plate. Hang tough! Or I will send Josh to your house to talk some sense into you . . .
