I've been to concerts before, just not Family Values. I'm wondering what kind of crowd it will draw, will there be any moshing, etc.

Yes, i am 99.9% sure that there will be moshing there!!
I have seen Atreyu , Trivium and Korn a few times before and they had circle pits!!
If you don't want to be involved in all that then it is best to stay nearer to the back!!
