Looking for a song from last summer....?

Looking for this song that was popular a year ago, It was kind of soft rock music played with mostly acoustic guitars....
The only lyrics i remember is the chorus which started something like this: "I can't believe it's true"....
I'm pretty sure it was by a group and not a solo singer, it was sung by a guy, by the way......any help would be appreciated
