I'm not all that informed about One Love, but I know it's from Australia...
On the other hand, Ministry of Sound originated as a club in south London. I think there may be other MoS clubs now, but that was the first one. It is one of the first big places that house music became popular, as it opened in the early 1990s (and is still open). They also have a record label now that puts out compilation albums quite frequently... They are basically one (if not the) most popular places to hear good house music (either at the clubs or through their releases).
