Looking for Simple Guitar-Only Acoustic Songs (like "Hey There Delilah")?

ok, Im making this cd and Im looking for acoustic songs that only use a guitar. just guitar and vocal. preferably romantic but dont have to be. Im trying to find songs similar to The Plain White T's "Hey There Delilah". I took the karaoke version of that song and mixed it with my own vocals (I wrote my own lyrics) and I'd like to do that with other songs so if anybody knows of any good acoustic solo songs like that, it would be a great help. "Riding with Private Malone" is another example of the type of thing Im looking for: very simple-sounding guitar songs
