tis a good question, and i myself have to say that i am more of a fan of male singers than females. my theory.... i guess because im a girl, i look to guys who sing based on their looks. also, a lot of time female singers are just based off an image because of societies obsession to sexualize women, this happens much less with male singers. basically, a woman might have the "image" but usually what they have in looks makes up for what they lack in musical talent. so their music could suck, while they look great. as for men, much less of an image is portrayed, meaning that they are judged on their music, which hopefully gives you a clear view. Its just an opinion, of course!! but yeah, ive been waitng for someone to ask something like this. :D
