Yeah, he was charged, but still waiting for trial. Good thing, he can collect his money until then, if things don't go well.
I did see the video- God D*!n he's a freak!! Makes you appreciate his songs in a different way. And by the way, if you see the girl(s) in the videos, they don't look anywhere near underage- and they sure as hell don't act underage.
