Can you suggest me some good Hindustani classical teachers in Bangalore who can pay individual attention.?

I am looking for some good Hindustani classical (vocal) teachers in Bangalore. Do let me know their contact numbers etc., I am looking for some real learning experience from teachers who may not be popular but are experts and willing to pay attention. I can attend the classes once a week

I can't make any recommendation -- not in a to me alien discipline, remotely, from the UK <vbg> -- but I have excerpted relevant entries from a number of teacher registries concerning Bangalore which will give you a starting point. I have left their descriptive comments concerning their work intact, which explains the shocking length of this post: some folks are just a wee bit wordy... :-))

The best thing to do, I'd say, would be to contact those you find promising and then you interview *them* just as much as they will want to interview you.
