Good Riddance (Time of your life) Green Day Song Alternative?

I'm making a slide show of pictures I took of friends at high school. Last year I used the Time of Your Life song by Green Day for the background song. I would really like to NOT use the same song again but will if I have too.

I'm thinking maybe Photograph by Nickleback, what do you think?

Can anyone think of other newer songs that might work? It would be good it kinda has the same meaningful lyrics but not necessary. Thanks a bunch!

A newer song I like is Wonderful Life by Gwen Stefani; the lyrics, in general, talk about enjoying the time one has with friends and thanks them for "special moments." Here's a link to the song:
