a woman sings it. in her video...i remember rain and butterflies...she's blonde...i think she's wearing jeans and a white shirt...i vaguely remember candles and a town...i also think its a love song...i'm pretty much suer it is....uhm....i think there's rainbows involved too.(not much to work with...but help if you can....it's bugging me.)
