We need songs to play for a gig!!! HELP!!!?

I'm 14 and my friend is 13, I play guitar and he plays drums. We just got a gig at a little festival and we need some good cover songs to do. There are going to be a lot of kids from a church, so it has to be approproate for them. We don't have a singer, so we're doing instrumental anyway. We need some good songs to play that will still sound good instrumental, and aren't too hard, but maybe look like it.

We like Steve Vai, Buckethead, Dragonforce, Sonata Arctica, Rhapsody of Fire, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, NOT ACDC, Jimi Hendrix!!!, Boston, the Doobie Brothers, Rush, Aerosmith, and all that stuff.

where is this festival?
maybe you could ask a mate with a good voice to sing.. then there are a huge number of songs to do.
lol eruption by van halen would be an impressive instrumental haha!!
but seriously if you can learn anything at all from rush that is cool and stairway to heaven without the singing would be fine. people love hearing songs they know and thats a tune which will work without words.
van halen jump without words could be cool.

aerosmith wowww.... hmm i dont want to miss a thing would be AMAZING... the chords aren't hard. um aerosmiths cryin has a nice soundin guitar part you could simplify,.
