i asked this b/c i've been called this and i dont like it. i hate labels too. i just want to see what other pplz think about it.

emo is a style of music that originated in the DC metro area in the nineteen sixties, but now it is used more to label people who wear black, use black eyeliner, or generally fit the stereotype.
punk is a style of music that originally cam from england in i dont know when. there arent a lot of true punk bands out there anymore.
i have no idea about gothic music, but goths are people who are generally pale (do they use makeup? idk), wear black, have black hair, etc.
labels are for soup cans. just ignore it if anyone calls you emo, punk, or goth.
