I am looking for a old song called Bill, do anybody know the artist name?

The song is about a women married to man who was cheating on her. She thought he was cheating with a woman but instead was cheating with an man named Bill.

Peggy Scott Adams is the lady who sings it....that song is a trip, because its like "what" when you first hear it. I love old R&B and soul music though...good question. I guess there were men on the DL even back then.
