Who's this singer?

i don't know either his name nor his song's title, the only thing i can say about him is that he's a young man, kind of good-looking, and he's got reddish hair, tomato colour in fact, very flashy... i guess he's pretty new, or at least in my country nobody knows him, but i saw that vid a few days ago and i liked it, it was a lovely song, very joyful. hope someone could help me. thank you very much.

i can't show a picture, as i don't know his name, i couldn't look for it anywhere, i can say in the vid he appears alone in the beginning, dressed also in red, but then he changes his clothes and starts to dance with other people around him. hope this helps
