OutKast and Scarface shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as those other rappers. These are HipHop legends who have already made a place in history.
The rest of them range from ok, to whack. The reason why we hear more about these bums is because of hype. These 'beat and hook' rappers make a little club single and then they're splattered all over BET/MTV so you can't help but see them.
Also, as you've seen with some of the uninformed answers above, young girls like them. When young girls like you, its not about how good you are, its about how good you look.
And Jeezy... This dude has nothing to offer to Hip Hop. All he talks about is banging, hoes, and the club. The nerve of him to think he can even call out a great like Nas. I hope Nas shuts him down for good. One less gimmick rapper out there.
