HOWDY, Classic country Fans & Friends..DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN I ORGANIZED THE COUNTRY RADIO RALLY..GREAT NEWS?

I'M SO EXCITED YET KINDA UPSET TOO..THIS IS THE DEAL..the rally went over VERY WELL and we had a massive crowd, we also had media attention,I wanted to wait and hear from some one before i posted anything about it! Well I heard from FOX 2 AND A LOCAL MAGAZINE here in Detroit and they both want to interview me re: my love for the LEGENDS of country and my FRIENDSHIP with MERLE HAGGARD!THE DISAPPOINTING & EMBARRASSING PART is that they also would like to interview my LOW LIFE FAMILY! GRRRRRRRR..NO WAY ! THEY HAVE BROUGHT ME DOWN ENOUGH THROUGH THE YEARS AND HAVE CALLED MERLE HAGGARD THE WORST NAMES ON EARTH AND THEY ARE RACIEST SCUM! I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM EVER IN LIFE!! now I need to give the MEDIA a reason why I don't want them involved with this and I DO WANT THEM TO INTERVIEW MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE STOOD BY ME AND BELIEVE WHAT I BELIEVE IN..PLEASE GIVE ME A FEW SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO SAY TO THEM..PLEASE!

I would have to agree with the previous answers. I wonder what their motives would be for interviewing your "low life family" members as you called them. I would tell both Fox and the local magazine that your family hasn't been a part of your organization of the rally and that they have not been a part of your support group. If they want to interview others, give them the names of your friends and supporters. If they don't agree, turn down the interview... it goes back to how bad do they want it? I know that the publicity will go a long way to supporting and boosting the awareness, but what is the cost if those that are being interviewed don't support your viewpoint?
