Do you think its worth it to become a singer if all I can do is sing?
I have never written anything and I think that if I were ever to break into the music industry, I would become just another drop in the bucket.
Most of the singers that I admire are also artists who write their own lyrics and music.
Do you have any advice?

1st. be honest are you really any good most women sing quite well but can you sell it. 2nd.do you really have the desire?many are called few answer,what i mean is can you go the distance the money is thin for starters. it's like trying to make in the N.B.A. lousy odds 3rd. train yourself get a voice teacher sing in choirs etc. then audition for a cruse ship they will let you know if you got what it takes to be a pro. as for song writing if you think all artist write their own then you don't know Nashville
