this has been driving me and my mum crazy - i can't get my head around what is meant by this verse of Sweet Transvestite... can any of you shed any light on this please...

my main confusion is trying to work out what is the "cause" and what is the "symptom"!
my mum says the cause is frank and the symptom is the shivering... she says that he reckons they are shivering cos the are antispating him!
do you think this is right or is it something else.
