I want to become a singer but is having trouble getting of my feet can anyone help me???

I am a 13 year old girl and i want to become a singer. I'm having trouble getting off my feet i live in Virginia and i need somone who has advice for me. Also i need someone who has the material to make demos so i can send them to record companies I really want this and i'v been performing since i was 5, My idols are Beyonce`, Rihanna and the one i want to be like the most is Mariah Carey i've won many awards and read stories about how my idols become famous. But every time i perform i wish that there is some big time producer or someone that can out my name out there but i never get lucky. I have dreams all the time i want to work for Columbia Records Sho nuff records Rocca-fella records or Def Jam please some give me advice or a oppertunity Thanks
