I didn't know BET was run by white people, but it wouldn't suprise me..
To answer the question-
Is this aimed at kids?
It mentions 'raise yo kids raise yo kids',
and shows adults in the reading / drinking water / deoderant scenarios.
I think it's aimed at deadbeats, and if so, this may be the only way to get through to them. With all the cursing I wouldn't want my kids listening to this, especially with all the booty and machine guns and such.
So maybe this is to entertain young men in their 20's, and maybe stir a little bit of thinking at the same time.
I found it wildly entertaining myself, I was laughing the whole way through.
The contrast between the positive message and the nature of the song / video was hilarious.
Hopefully this gets to the right crowd, whoever it is aimed at.
