Older song question...HELP!?
Okay...I know you guys are always a big help. I'm looking for the name and artist of a song that came out, I think in the 90s. I want to say it was a pop song and it was very popular. The only thing that I remember is that it was sung by what sounded like a baby or someone very young and they were singing/speaking french at some points in the song (maybe the whole song). I'm wondering what made a song like this popular in the US so I'm thinking that all of it wasn't in french. If anyone has any guess I would be VERY grateful. But all I remember is a french baby and he might have been laughing in parts too. Help!
