More than likely it's a Hohner Chromatic harmonica, the C/G model. The Chromatic plays in both keys, and it includes a lever that you press in order to get sharps and flats. To be precise I would strongly suspect it's a 12-hole Hohner Chromaharp. Those ain't cheap, and for people who are used to a regular harmonica they're not easy to figure out. If you want to cheat a little bit and get a similar sound, you could get a melodica, which is a cross between a harmonica and a keyboard. (Stevie Wonder uses those too, but not on that particular song.) Melodicas are about the same price, but they're easier to figure out, and decent ones can be found on Ebay for about $30. A Chromaharp - a good one - will generally be more than that.
