is it true that his eyes dont match or its just for the show ? like he puts lenses?!

Rick L is correct. Manson is a HUGE David Bowie fan, (and emulator of Bowie for that matter), and his contact lenses he wears are probably in an effort to look like Bowie somewhat. Although, Bowie genuinely has eyes that are different, as the left pupil is permanently dilated from a punch he received as a teenager, whilst the right one is normal.
