why is the song "do you know" by Enrique called the ping pong song? I looked up the lyrics and don't see anything about ping pong balls in it

Well he says the record company used to always call him and ask him if "the ping pong song" song was finished isntead of calling it "do you know". SO when it came time to finsih the album and label the songs the record company wanted top put in brackets, (ping pong song)......he says it wanst his idea =}
