Is there is a way to download music from tv commercials?!

Is there is a way to download music from tv commercials?

Some of the ones I like don't have words so I can't search for what the actual song is.
Right now I love the song on the hhgregg commercial...is it a real song, or just made for the commercial?....it has whistling in the background.
I also love the music in the Cymbalta commercial...it's piano music.

Does anyone know what these songs are!?!?
