Is Velvet Revolver's sophomore album really their best effort? Or is it their absolute greatest album?

i love libertad...havent gotten sophomore yet(cant wait) but i love the song mary mary, american man, and just sixteen on velvet revolver's album... actually i waz expecting it to sound exactly like GN'R but i waz surprised when i listened to it cuz it didnt sound hardly ne thing like them(well the gtr. and lyrics did a tad) but yet it waz awesome!!!
