"Flue"? Do you mean "flute"?

In that case what you need to do first is find out where your embouchure is. How you do that is you'll make a face like your whistling then pull in the sides of your mouth. Here is a pretty good picture of what it looks like: http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbvi...

You're going to want to set your bottom lip close to the hole on the mouthpiece but not on it. Make sure your embouchure or whole-in-your-lips is centered over the hole in the mouthpiece. This will take some practice to getting the right position for you. Everybody's position is different.

When you go to blow air out of your mouth make sure that you keep your mouth muscles tight. You want to keep the sides of your mouth in. You'll need to work up these muscles so don't be surprised if you're sore at first.

Next you'll want to go ahead and blow. Your shoulders should not move when you blow. You'll need more air for higher notes than you will for lower notes. Practice getting everything right without holding any keys down (this is going to be middle C).

Now, you don't want to just blow without any control. This is where your tongue comes in. Using the tip of your tongue touch the back of your front jaw right above where your top teeth meet your gums. You should not touch your teeth. You will always start a note doing this. Practice by just blowing air using the correct mouth position and "tonguing" the back of your jaw.

The real key to having a lot of air while playing any instrument is learning how to use your diaphragm. It's a little difficult to explain.... Have no fear though...I found a "How to play the flute" video tutorial. This girl has good information. http://hobbies.expertvillage.com/intervi...

Go ahead and skip over the first couple of videos. Good luck with your flute. The hardest part about playing the flute is that there are so many people out there that play it. It's hard to get any recognition unless you devote a lot of time to practicing and being the best you can be.
