Does anyone know of a band that sounds like rammstein but sings in english?

I really like the heavy electronic sound of the band Rammstein...does anyone know of a band that sounds that good but sings in english.

Rammstein doesn't have an electronic sound. They messed around with it a little bit on the Sehnsucht album, but that was probably the least liked of Rammstein's albums among true fans. The group Emigrate was formed by Rammstein's guitarist Richard Kruspe and the guitar work on many of the tracks sounds Rammsteinesque but the lyrics are in english. However, you won't find that it is reminiscent of Sehnsucht. Unfortunately most of the US fans of Rammstein have only heard parts of the Sehnsucht album and have never heard Herzeleid, Mutter, Reise Reise, or Rosenrot.

Lyricswise, the only band that reminds me of Rammstein is Pearl Jam, not necessarily in content (although Jeremy and the Mamasan Trilogy is definitely Rammstein worthy material) but in the way they tell a story with each song.
