I don't think anyone can tell you what the Best Song of all time is or was, because no matter what the song, if you listen to it enough, you will eventually get tired of it.
My taste has changed over the years. I used to like Nas, now I think he sucks. I used to like Snoop, now I'm not into his stuff anymore either.
There are certain classics that people will remember, but there are too many to name.
