I caught the end of a video on headbangers ball last night that was mainly shot outdoors, and it was snowing .

1 or 2 of the band members was bald .the lead singer has long hair and sings both real deep and real high pitched. the words "ravenous winter"were sung a few times.who was that?

Yep, that was definitely "Timeless Winter" by Into Eternity.

It's a great song by a great band. If you don't know Into Eternity and liked that song, try listening to their newest album, The Scattering of Ashes. It's a very good album, although the new singer kind of bugs me at times. Buried into Oblivion is my favorite album by them; it's got a bit more clean singing and is more accessible than the latest one.
